She is fluent across East-West cultural contexts/languages and has a strong network of C-suite professionals, entrepreneurs and engineers. She has both experience in leading and helping global leaders take on global and regional P&L leadership roles across corporate strategy, marketing & sales, advanced data science. She also helps global CoEs/PMOs with their strategic growth programs to scale insights-innovation, business performance and operational excellence.

Allan Toner

Allan is a 30-year IT veteran having worked extensively across the Asia Pacific region in Software (Oracle), Hardware (Fujitsu), Networking (Cisco), Transformation Services (HP and CSC), and Cloud Services (AWS). He has successfully established and managed high-performance sales teams in India, Australia, New Zealand, China, Singapore, and the Philippines. Most recently Allan was the ASEAN Head of Partner Business for AWS. During his tenure he established a team in 7 countries across ASEAN and developed a partner strategy to satisfy the cloud transformation needs of AWS customers. Though from Australia originally, Allan has been a resident of Singapore for 15 years.

Jason Chen

Jason is currently serving on the Singapore Computer Society Executive Council for the second year. In his capacity, he helps mentors the society's IT Youth Council and spearheads the IT Youth leader awards. In his day job, Jason has been working in IBM for the past 13 years. He is currently the General Manager for Embedded Solutions and Distributor across ASEAN. During his tenure, he has led the distributors, independent software vendors, managed service providers and resellers to transform their businesses so as to keep abreast with the dynamic demands of the industry.
