We are currently seeking a Demand Planner with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. This role is key to maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description
As a Demand Planner, your primary responsibility will be to develop accurate demand forecasts, coordinate with other departments, and ensure that supply aligns with demand. Your role is vital for maintaining product availability, minimizing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical and collaborative techniques.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance departments to understand demand forecast drivers.
• Provide input to the Supply Planning team regarding changes in demand and market trends.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
• Conduct monthly forecast maintenance at SKU level.
• Identify and report on inventory risk and develop strategies to mitigate.
• Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with Product Managers, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a demand planning role within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in demand planning software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch fluency is a plus.
