Logistics & Inventory Coordinator

Presently, they seek a proficient OEM Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to join their team. This role finds its niche within their OEM department, dedicated to the seamless supply of tires to prominent European car manufacturers, including renowned brands such as Audi, BMW, VW, Skoda, Opel, KIA, Volvo, and more. Your application must be accompanied by a strong command of the English language. Proficiency in German is advantageous. Your role: As an OEM Logistics & Inventory Coordinator, your purview will encompass the orchestration of the OEM business within their European logistics network.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistical operations
• Provide comprehensive inventory tracking updates to the business department and factories
• Monitor and respond to customer demand
• Initiate purchase orders to secure inventory from factories
• Manage invoicing and billing post product delivery
• Conduct Accounts Receivable oversight
• Efficiently manage stock levels
• Handle claims seamlessly
• Execute routine warehouse-related tasks
• Utilize established procedures to address routine problems

Your profile:

• Possess fundamental knowledge of logistics operations
• Demonstrate strong oral and written English communication skills
• Exhibit the capability to work independently
• Display familiarity with corporate policies and procedures
• Make prompt decisions within tight timelines
• Excel in cross-team communication
• Proficiently navigate various systems and software applications
