Order Fulfilment Coordinator

On of our clients is looking for an Order Fulfillment coordinator to Amsterdam sales office. To coordinate pulp sales to different markets, managing the end-to-end order handling process, assuring the good flow of operations considering company's and customer's requirements. Coordinate the relationship with different suppliers and internal areas involved on the sales process, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing actions to increase customer's satisfaction.

Your Main responsibilities are:

• Proceed with order management after receiving PO from customer
• Plan and follow up the deliveries with SE logistic team or Port operators
• Invoice and follow credit control routines and overdue position
• Assist Sales team with contract handling
• Apply for credit limits and keep the balance within the limits
• Provide monthly volume forecast to the Supply Chain Planners
• Participate on different projects related to CSC activities
• Communicate daily with Sales Directors, CSC Manager, Supply Chain Planners, and
• Logistics Department to insure the happy flow of the order

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong backgrounds within sales coordination and order management or supply chain
• Fluent communication skills English, both verbal and written. Other CSC languages are valuable advantage: French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, German
• Good knowledge Microsoft office tools especially Microsoft Excel is mandatory, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive and willing to take responsibility
• Ability to analytical work and operational tasks
• Ability to problem solving and customer focus
• Flexibility and ability to handle stress
• An enthusiastic team spirit ideally worked within an international team

The Biomaterials division offers a wide variety of pulp grades to meet the demands of paper, board, tissue, textile and hygiene product producers. We maximise the business potential of the side streams of our processes, such as tall oil and turpentine from biomass. Based on our strong innovation approach, all fractions of biomass, like lignin and sugars, hold potential for use in various applications.
