Do you want to be in charge of the order process and contacting dispatchers and suppliers? Then you are the logistics administrator we are looking for!
For an International Start-Up located in Amsterdam we are recruiting for a Logistics Administrator. This client introduces new 'shared traveling' solutions to the European Cities. From the Amsterdam office the logistics for the EMEA region is coordinated. You can be part of the logistics team exisiting of 3 colleagues. Within this role you will be responsible for handling the incoming orders, contacting third parties and following up on orders. The starting date can be within 2 weeks!
What you will be doing:
- Plan shipments based on product availability;
- Following up on orders;
- Contacting third parties as suppliers, customers and tranporters;
- Book and update records of orders;
- Managing the administration
What we are looking for:
- BSc in supply chain, logistics or relevant;
- Work experience in logistics, supply chain or warehousing; Minimum of 1 year
- Knowledge of logistical software or transport management systems;
- Excellent time-manager;
- Great communicator
