Customer Service Specialist Logistics

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist Logistics in the are of Utrecht for one of the world’s largest designers, manufacturers and marketers of connectors and interconnect systems, antennas solutions, sensors and high-speed cable.

Our client provides flexible supply chain solutions for today’s adaptive trial landscape. In this role you will provide an enhanced level of logistics and operational support. As a Logistics Specialist you will deal with shipment specifics and other service-related issues.

Responsibilities:

To monitor all inbound and outbound shipments on daily basis to ensure that shipments are delivered within agreed time frames
To advise customers on daily basis of any services related issues (Customs detentions, eta flights/trucks)
Working with customers on daily basis with the aim of developing an excellent working relationship
Analysis of repetitive operational problems and development of possible service solutions
Advise customer latest booking times and documentation required
Inventory stock control and compliance
Support/Arrange the Placement of durable packaging (Controlled temperature shippers & LN2 Dry shippers), equipment (GPS tracking devices, Temperature monitors) and ensure that are according to project specifications-COPs or SOPs
Supplying customers with service information and potential customer information to be given to the Sales department.
Support Cell & Gene Lead with chain of custody and identity control through preparation and coordination of associated documentation or systems

Requirements:

Someone that is stress resistance and can multitask in a high pace environment
Several years’ experience in a customer service, order management role with a focus on transport/logistics
Experience with import/export and Incoterms
Experience working with transportation carriers
Pharmaceutical / medical / cold chain experience would be highly beneficial
Fluency in English and Dutch both written and spoken is mandatory for this position

Deze data is nodig om een product op de juiste manier aan te bieden aan de consument. Denk hierbij aan de afmetingen van lampen, de kleuren of de energie labels. Ook het verschil in decoratieve verlichting of praktische verlichting is bijvoorbeeld van belang. Al deze gegevens worden door jou verzameld en in de daarvoor beschikbare systemen gezet.
