We at Walters People are looking for you! For several customers within our area, we are looking for a Customer Service Employee in the regions of Noord-Holland and Utrecht.
With Customer Service you can think of solving the questions / problems of customers. This can be done by phone, chat, mail or social media. So you are THE switching point between the problem and the solution!
What are you going to do?
- Have customer contact by phone, chat, email or social media
- Provide quality service to the customers
- Apply targeted solutions
- Switching between various systems
Who are you?
- You have a positive attitude
- You are analytical and solution-oriented
- You are fluent in German and English, both orally and in writing
- You can easily switch between different activities
- You are stress resistant and love to help people
- You have at least VMBO+ thinking and working level
- You can work both in a team and independently
