German Support Employee

For our sustainable and internationally operating customer, we are looking for a Support Employee who is fluent in both German and Dutch.

The customer in Weesp is a wholesaler in solar solutions. With their innovative e-commerce platform, they provide installers throughout Europe with their solar hardware on a daily basis: from solar panels to charging stations. In the Support department you speak to customers and help them with various questions. You do this not only by telephone, but also via e-mail and chat. You are part of a close-knit team that loves socializing. You get energy from busy working days and you know how to keep the balance between a satisfied customer and the interests of the organization. It is important that you have experience in having sometimes difficult conversations. Tasks and responsibilities:

• You answer various questions from customers by phone, mail or chat in German, Dutch and English
• You contact customers to confirm delivery dates
• You perform the necessary work to arrange things for the customer (think of changing orders)
• You accurately process the matters you handle in the ticket system
• You identify any challenges in the process and come up with proposals for improvement
• You guide the customers to the webshop
• You work closely with other departments to help the customer as well as possible

Who are you?

• You have a good command of both the Dutch and German language in word and writing
• You share information with colleagues so that they can do their work even better
• As a Support Employee you are communicatively strong and you are service and customer oriented
• You are stress resistant and work in a structured way
• You have experience in having sometimes difficult conversations
• You speak excellent Dutch and English. Do you also speak German or Polish? Then that is a very big plus!
• You have a sense of humor and love socializing in your team
