Part-time French Client Advisor

For one of our clients in Hoofddorp we are looking for a Flexible French Client Advisor for the evening shift which will be from 16:00 till 21:00. Your main responsibility will be having customer interaction with our French customers. You will be in control of handling their inquiries, answering their questions and solving their problems via email. The overall customer experience will be in your hands.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Receiving and answering customer requests via email
• Dealing with complaints with a problem solving mindset
• You will be part of a multi-cultural team that has a flair for providing the best customer experience
• Deliver excellent service to both internal and external relations

Skills and education:

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service
• Fluent in French and good level of English
• Very good French writing skills
• Excellent MS office skills
• Positive and flexible attitude
• Easily adjusting to change
• Available immediately
