Corporate Recruiter (English & Dutch speaking)

Do you have experience as a Recruiter? Would you like to work in an international growing work environment? Are you independent, proactive and enthousiastic? For an oil company in region Amsterdam we are looking for an experienced Recruiter for 32-40 hours per week

As Corporate Recruiter/Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for the full recruitment process. You will have contact with the hiring managers and work closely with HR. You will be the only Recruiter and will support HR when possible. Around 80% of the time you will work as a Recruiter and 20% on HR support. It is possible to work hybrid and you can travel by car of public transport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships related to the recruitment process
• Complete recruitment cycle - candidate sourcing, interviewing, process management and creating offers
• HR support
