For one of my international clients in Amsterdam I am currently looking for a Junior Learning & Development. For this role I am looking for a starter in Learning & Development looking for a new challenge, if you speak fluently Dutch and English, please keep reading!

Responsabilities

• Work close with the L&D team
• Identify and asses future and current training programmes for employees
• Make an overall or individualized training and development plan
• Work on online learning techniques, as well as research new ones
• Track and report all activity in CRM system

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in the field
• Bachelor study in the field of HR
• Multi tasker, with the ability to work on different projects across departments
• Strong analytical team player, who drives to work under pressure
• Team player
• Fluency in both English and Dutch
