Accounts Payable Analyst

For a consultancy headquartered in Amsterdam, I am looking for an ambitious Accounts Payable Analyst. This role will have significant exposure to the entire business strategy and will focus on understanding the impacts on the business of different strategies and developments.

Key responsibilities Accounts Payable Analyst:

• Assess and support in the development of a long-term business plan model
• Partner with senior stakeholders and assist with any modelling requirements around new strategy initiatives
• Design and improve best practice financial models
• Support with FP&A projects, which could include detailed cash flow/working capital forecasting
• Take responsibility for the preparation and collation of budgeting and forecasting templates
• Support with the implementation of a new cloud budgeting and forecasting system and take ownership of the business model in this system going forwards

Experience and Qualifications Accounts Payable Analyst:

• Strong Accounting knowledge
• Very strong Excel skills are vital for this position
• fluent Dutch and English speaker
• Significant financial modelling experience
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Experience partnering with and presenting to different stakeholders, both inside and outside of finance

Job offer:

• Monthly salary between €3.500 and €4.000 gross, excluding holiday allowance
• work partially from home (optional)
• Going abroad 20% of your working hours
