Their headquarters are located in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, with subsidiaries in France, Germany, Poland, and the UK, along with representative offices in Taiwan and Russia. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be a key part of the international finance team. Your responsibilities will include reporting on Aged Accounts Receivable status, managing cash allocation and payments, handling customer queries, and maintaining customer data. You'll work closely with the credit manager in Poland and report directly to the CFO in the Netherlands.

About The Role:

• Reporting the status of Aged Accounts Receivable to the credit controller.
• Cash allocation, processing incoming payments, and reviewing account discrepancies.
• Managing customer and internal stakeholders' queries related to Accounts Receivable.
• Keeping customer master data up to date and setting up new customer accounts.
• Processing customer credit and debit notes and performing large account reconciliations.
• Contacting customers via email for remittance advice and payment reconciliation.
• Contributing to the achievement of Accounts Receivable performance and quality standards.
• Participating in Accounts Receivable process improvement initiatives.
• Performing other position-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in both English and French (speaking and writing)
• Minimum of 1 year of financial accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially MS Excel, and experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Navision is a pre
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
