Responsibilities:

• Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment delays
• Maintain communication with customers to negotiate and monitor payment arrangements
• Proactively identify potential risks and take preventive measures
• Ensure accurate registration and reporting of debtor data
• Assist in monthly and annual closing procedures
• Contribute to process improvements within debt administration

Profile:

• Minimum of a completed vocational degree in a finance-related field
• Demonstrated experience in debt administration
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Meticulous, organized, and capable of setting priorities
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience
