Accounts Receivable Administrator

Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the continuous cycle of preparing and closing of auction
- You are responsible for deposits that you receive from bidders
- You are recording AR transactions
- You inform the sales department and auction sites
- You will process cheques and wire transfers from all over the world. These are from Clients who are happy with there purchase of uesd equipment
- You will keep contact with the cash management team for any banking descrepancies
- Support with preparing quarter end reports
- Daily accounting adjustmenst into the accounting system
- Follow-up and resolve discrepancies aged AR reports
- Refunds.
Here is what you bring
- You are available for 40 ours
- You hava a bachelor's degree in business administration
- You have Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
- You can communicate on a professional level Englisch
- You have al residence- and work permit for the Netherlands
