Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliations
• Monitor outstanding payments, follow up with clients, and resolve any payment discrepancies
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve billing and payment-related issues
• Prepare accurate financial reports and assist in month-end closing activities
• Maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions
• Assist in the development and implementation of efficient billing and collection procedures

Requirements:

• Hold a valid work permit in the Netherlands
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
