Accounts Receivable Specialist We are looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments from customers. You will work with other departments to optimize the overall financial performance of the company.
Job description:
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payments
- Evaluate and manage credit limits and terms
- Conduct follow-up activities for outstanding invoices
- Maintain communication with customers and internal departments regarding payments
- Respond to inquiries and complaints from customers regarding payments
- Prepare reports on the financial performance of the department
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and systems
Requirements:
- MBO+ or HBO degree in finance, administration or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Good knowledge of MS Office, preferably with experience in Excel and ERP systems
- Analytical and accurate work attitude
- Team player and good social skills
