Accounts Receivable Administrator

Are you a Accounts Receivable Specialist? Do you like to be in a international environment? Is your focus on delivering a great customer experience? Than you are the perfect match! This company is located in Breda. You will be part of a team with 16 colleagues.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the continuous cycle of preparing and closing of auction
• You are responsible for deposits that you receive from bidders
• You are recording AR transactions
• You inform the sales department and auction sites
• You will process cheques and wire transfers from all over the world. These are from Clients who are happy with there purchase of uesd equipment
• You will keep contact with the cash management team for any banking descrepancies
• Support with preparing quarter end reports
• Daily accounting adjustmenst into the accounting system
• Follow-up and resolve discrepancies aged AR reports
• Refunds.

Here is what you bring

• You are available for 40 ours
• You hava a bachelor's degree in business administration
• You have Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
• You can communicate on a professional level Englisch
• You have al residence- and work permit for the Netherlands
