Junior Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities

• Manage the Accounts receivable in Amsterdam based hotels
• Identify/report on overdue accounts and work with customers to settle the overdue accounts
• Reconcile open balances with customers and proper follow up to clean up open items
• Validate customer claims, and assure accurate and complete recording of the claims. This includes collaborating with the sales and the service department to gain insight in the nature and correctness of the claim
• Manage the rebate calculation and related accounting
• Settle customer payments with the outstanding AR
• Support internal and external tax audits
• Provide collection technical support to internal stakeholder

Candidate

• A year of relevant working experiences of similar study
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent n English (oral and written)
