Credit and Collections Coordinator

You will be part of a team that is responsible for communication towards specific customer cases that require accurate attention to detail and problem solving. The includes resolving out of the box anomalies for customers as they arise. This will involve contact with the customer through online and telephone contact.

Your role will also be responsible for improving processes and procedures within the department and reporting feedback to senior team members. This will bring great responsibilities which can ensure growth opportunities within the company.

Task & responsibilities

• Resolve Financial Credit and Collections disputes
• Identify and resolve out of the box anomalies as they arise
• Ensures and coordinates the billing process
• Appropriate communication with customers, team members and other departments
• Ensure invoices and credit cards are posted according to the company procedures
• Works closely with team members, customers, vendors to resolve issues

Your profile

• 1 to 3 years’ experience within Accounting, Finance or related field
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Accurate & attention to detail
• Customer driven and service orientated
• Strong team player
• Strong verbal & written communication

Offer

• Salary between €2.700, - and €3.700, - a month, based on your experience. For senior positions it starts from €4000, -
• 32/40 hours a week
