French Speaking AP Specialist

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial operations for the French market run smoothly. Your responsibilities will encompass managing accounts payable processes, including the accurate recording of supplier invoices, reconciliation of accounts, and overseeing invoice payments. You will also be the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries related to invoices and payments, resolving discrepancies, and providing necessary support.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately recording and processing supplier invoices.
• Handling supplier inquiries and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Conducting month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
• Reviewing and reconciling outstanding balances.
• Processing approved invoice payments in coordination with the Cash Manager.
• Managing email communication related to digital invoices and queries.
• Ensuring compliance with approval levels on invoices.
• Providing support for external audit requirements.
• Engaging in ad-hoc accounts payable/payment-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both English and French (both spoken and written).
• Numerical aptitude and a mindset for process improvement.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and take on challenges.
• Effective collaboration with various departments and organizational levels.
