Accounts Payable Specialist We are looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our accounts payable and ensuring timely payments to suppliers. You will work with other departments to optimize the overall financial performance of the company.
Job description:
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments
- Evaluate and manage incoming invoices and credit notes
- Conduct follow-up activities for outstanding payments
- Maintain communication with suppliers and internal departments regarding payments
- Respond to inquiries and complaints from suppliers regarding payments
- Prepare reports on the financial performance of the department
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and systems
Requirements:
- MBO+ or HBO degree in finance, administration or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
- Good knowledge of MS Office, preferably with experience in Excel and ERP systems
- Analytical and accurate work attitude
- Team player and good social skills
