Account Payable / AP

For an international cybersecurity organization, I am looking for someone for AP administration. The company has more than 25 years of experience in the field of information security and it’s therefore a well-known player worldwide.

They support sales and services in more than 160 countries and is truly an international company. You will work in a team of 6 and you report to the financial manager. Furthermore, there is an open culture where everyone is valued and respected. If you are interested, opportunities to grow within the company can be discussed.

You are responsible for all financial processes of the AP department, which consists of 6 people. In addition, you will also work on process optimization. In the workplace, English is used as the main language.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparing, posting, entering, processing and/or coding purchase invoices, cash statements and bank statements
• Preparation of payment orders
• Monitoring the progress of the payment process and preparing payment lists
• Preparation of payment statements
• Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports
• Processing data in, for example, general ledger administration and cost center administration
• Identifying impending payment terms
• Maintaining contacts with suppliers in the field of invoicing
• Cleaning up creditor lists
• Answering internal and external questions in the field of account payroll
• Performing supporting activities in financial audits
• Contribute to the optimization of the work processes

Skills and training:

• A completed MBO education in financial direction
• At least 2 years of experience as an AP employee
• Good knowledge of the and English language, speaking and writing
• 32-40 hours per week available, notice period is possible
• Being able to work independently and communicatively
• Accurate and problem-solving
