Your role will involve monitoring accounts receivable, chasing outstanding payments, resolving payment disputes, and ensuring payments are reconciled accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Keep a close eye on accounts receivable aging
• Reach out to smaller customers for overdue invoices
• Skillfully resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
• Maintain communication with credit insurance companies for overdue customers and legal matters
• Conduct regular credit reviews to optimize delivery performance while minimizing credit risk
• Assist in managing customer master data
• Ensure accurate payment reconciliations
• Collaborate and communicate with our sales and customer service teams
• Maintain organized control files and reports

Candidate Profile:

• Understanding of various payment methods
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Proficiency in PC usage, especially Microsoft Excel
• Keen attention to detail
