The company is one of the market leaders within the manufacturing of PC monitor, TV and Digital Signage Displays. The company brings high quality displays that are smart and easy to use with sophisticated styling. They are active internationally and the spoken language is English.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor a credit control system and policies, including documentation of key processes
• Work closely with customers on the required credit line, including arranging collaterals as letter of credits, bank guarantees and so forth
• Evaluate credit requests, review the customer credit insurance reports, apply for and gain credit line approvals followed by updating the credit line in the systems
• Proactively collaborate with the sales department on sales plans assuring sufficient credit line facilities
• Review and release blocked orders
• Manage the doubtful and bad debt accounts receivable including the accounting, reporting and consolidation
• Assess the strategic customer financial statements and maintain a scorecard to determine unsecured credit lines
• Support internal and external tax audits
• Managing external stakeholders: insurance companies, customers
• Handle legal dunning and insolvencies: participate in legal procedures
• Provide credit technical support to internal stakeholder
• Assist the European credit & collection manager with ad hoc projects

Supervision:

• Ability to work without appreciable direction on assigned projects/programs and day- to-day operations
• Drive and determining objectives of assignments
• Ability to provide input to other organizations in the development of new procedures or enhancement of current processes
• Ability to provide feedback to group of experienced individuals on performance improvement. Monitors performance improvement plans as necessary

Problem Solving/Judgment and Decision Making:

• Works on complex problems where analysis and/or situations require in-depth evaluation of various factors Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and evaluation of criteria for obtaining resolutions
• Must be able to anticipate future events and situations that are likely to affect the business model and direction. Must be able to establish a plan to handle these events and situations so that they do not negatively impact cost and the business model
• You regularly provide information, assistance, and recommendations, which are, used in the management decision-making processes. Erroneous decisions have serious impact on sales revenue and may jeopardize overall success of the business
• You must be able to analyze certain situations and make decisions following broadly defined practices and policies

Profile

• 5+ years of relevant working experiences
• A bachelor or master degree in finance & accounting
• Preferable multinational, B2B and B2C product industry experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SAP / Sales Force knowledge is a pre
• Solid excel knowledge is a must
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Cultural awareness

Offer

• 3 – 5 months assignment
• Salary between 3500 – 4300 gross based on 40 hours
