Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Claims Recovery Specialist to join oure client Audit Call Center team. As a Claims Recovery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in communicating, verifying, and recovering claims to assist in the recovery of money. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering financial information, processing claims, and maintaining secure records using appropriate software.

Responsibilities:
• Claims:
• Communicate and verify claims with suppliers to recover money within specified targets.
• Conduct professional and user-friendly interactions through various communication channels, such as calls and emails.
• Meet deadlines for claim verification and resolution.
• Data and Processing:
• Ensure accurate processing and archiving of claims within designated timelines.
• Maintain secure records and protect sensitive financial information.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with auditors to address claims, recovery strategies, and other related issues.
• Quantitative Dimensions:
• Increase the number of called and approved claims, which directly impacts the overall turnover of our organization.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a financial administrator, accounts payable specialist, or in a similar role.
• Proficient in bookkeeping, including knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Fluent in both written and oral Dutch and English. Additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle ad-hoc requests effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to persuasively negotiate with suppliers.
