Their growth is just the beginning, and they are looking for a Finance Administrator/ Accounts Payable (French speaking) to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record and process accounts payable invoices
• Resolve invoice discrepancies by collaborating with relevant parties
• Perform month-end closing activities and reconciliations
• Review and reconcile outstanding balances and aging reports
• Process payments for approved invoices in coordination with their Cash Manager
• Manage email correspondence related to digital invoices and queries
• Verify approval levels on invoices
• Provide support for external audit requirements
• Engage in ad-hoc AP/Payment-related activities

Qualifications

• Strong time management and communication skills
• Excellent communication abilities in both English and French (oral and written)
• Affinity with numbers and an eye for detail
• Process improvement mindset
• Experience with SAP is advantageous
• Ability to work independently and take on challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact across all departments and levels within our organization
• You must live near Amsterdam
