This leading company, active in the energy sector, specializes in designing, developing, leasing, and operating advanced production and storage systems based on tankers. They are also known as a leading supplier of innovative systems. You will be working in a Dutch department, and hybrid working is possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Verifying incoming invoices
• Recording invoices and initiating further verification and approval for payment
• Preparing, processing, and recording payments
• Verifying bank statements and recording cash receipts and disbursements
• Preparing VAT returns
• Managing various accruals
• Performing reconciliations
• Creating specifications as required to support the periodic financial closing of the accounts
• Verifying agency invoices with detailed time registration
• Maintaining the time writing module in the financial administration

Your Profile

• You have a relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3 years plus of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
