We have an exciting opportunity within a rapidly growing Dutch retail company located in vibrant Amsterdam-Noord. We are seeking a versatile Financial Administration Specialist to become the linchpin of our expanding presence in the USA. Your responsibilities will encompass payment processing, purchase orders, accounts receivable management, and more. Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for the financial administration of the growing USA entity
• Manage payment transactions, purchase invoices, purchase orders, and inventory management
• Handle accounts receivable administration and process sales receipts, including transactions from platforms like Amazon and e-commerce activities
• Collaborate with other team members within the finance department
• Prepare financial reports
• Proactively identify and implement improvements within the administrative processes

Requirements:

• Completed MBO-4 or HBO degree in a relevant field
• Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Skills in working with Word and Excel
• Knowledge of various financial-administrative software systems and payment platforms
• Attention to detail, structured approach, and competence in meeting deadlines and handling flexible situations
