Description

The company is active in hospitality and has hotels, restaurants, stores and spas all over Europe. You’ll be focussed on Food & Beverages cost controlling. You’ll be providing analyses to ensure the finance department has the correct and valuable insights the company needs. You’ll also be performing competitor checks to see if the company is still on top. You’ll be doing this for the whole Netherlands region

Tasks & responsibilities

• Monitoring all food and beverage purchases
• Supporting cost pricing analyses
• Leading role in the end of month stock taking
• Monitoring the price in the food & beverage POS system
• Report and investigate the differences between the actual and theoretical results
• Stay up to date considering relevant trends in the industry
• Assisting the purchase manager

Your skills and education

• Bachelor level of working and thinking (Dutch HBO level)
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience in MS-office
• Experience with a purchasing system, preferable Birchstreet
• Open to work 40 hours a week
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
