Senior Finance Allround We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Allround to join our SaaS company. As a Senior Finance Allround, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all financial aspects of our organization. Your expertise in financial operations, reporting, and analysis will contribute to our overall financial success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and key performance indicators
• Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and conduct regular reconciliations
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the management team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with expertise in financial operations, reporting, and analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
• Experience in the SaaS industry or a technology-driven company is highly desirable
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and integrity
