Description

The office where you’ll be working is in Amsterdam. You’ll be a part of a team of around 12 people which will be expanding over the next couple of months. The working environment is multicultural. You’ll be performing day to day accounting tasks, but also take part in finance related projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Perform the day to day financial accounting and transaction processing
• Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations and closing procedures
• Review and analyse of bookkeeping ledgers
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Review inter-company payments and generate invoices
• Assist in preparing VAT and intrastate fillings
• Participate in finance projects
• Try to improve the financial procedures with your fellow accountants

Profile

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience working with an ERP system
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Knowledge of Excel and/or google sheets
• You’re a team player
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral and written)
• Knowledge of the Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian language is a plus
