AP Accountant

Currently I am recruiting for a AP Accountant job in Amersfoort. In this broad and challenging role, you will be working on the AP proces from A to Z, working together with all departmens of the business. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues & vendors for all invoice relates queries. The AP department is reponsible for all AP activities in Europe. Continious improvement and innovation is crucial in this job. Your views and input are valued and expected. You are part of the AP team of 3, reporting to the AP manager. Preferably you have worked with SAP, are available right away and have AP experience within an international environment.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate processing of all incoming invoices
• Timely and adequately responding to all internal and external partner queries
• Review the AP aging for aodd and old items
• Review and resolve non-clearing items from AP clearing suspense accounts
• Coordinate, review & control travel & expense activities
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings to identify and implement process improvements
• Continuously identify and implement opportunities for efficiency improvements

Skills and education:

• A completed degree in Finance
• At least 1-2 years of relevant work
• Pro active, independent and result-oriented
• Excellent command of the English language
• Experience with SAP
• Available tomorrow
