Job Description

For a multinational company that’s active in the travel industry I am looking for a Team Lead Finance Operations. You’ll be responsible for the Accounts Receivable team. You’ll focus on the development of the multicultural team in; growth, teamwork and service excellence. The job is fully remote so you can work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibillities

• Developing the Accounts Receivable team
• Track and monitor performance
• Prepare quarterly performance review
• Manage the KPI’s to achieve the company goals
• Work on the relationships with other teams in the company
• Working on improving the process
• Ad hoc projects

Education & Skills

• A Bachelor or preferably a masters degree
• Knowledge of the key responsibilities
• You’re a renowned team player
