Accountant

Currently I am recruiting for a well-known Multinational in Amsterdam for a Financial Accountant. The company is constantly growing and expanding and therefore looking for the right person to help them achieve their goals. Are you interested in being a part of the team for the upcoming months? Your key responsibilities:

• Performs accounting activities including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements
• Prepares, records, analysis and reports accounting transactions and ensures accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
• Analysis and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements and reports
• Liaises with internal and external auditors
• Prepares and submits VAT declarations and other compliance filings
• Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects
• Supports Junior Accountants

What are we looking for?

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting　or equivalent certification
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in accounting
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience in a multinational firm is a plus
• Energetic, team-oriented, and proactive
• High level of honesty, commitment, and responsibility
• Experience with ERP systems

Job Offer:

• Gross salary between €3800,- and €4300,- depending on your experience
• 40 hours a week
