Financial Accountant Oracle

At the moment I’m recruiting for one of the biggest international companies in Amsterdam for a General Ledger Accountant. The company is growing and investing in new staf in order to make their ambition. Would you like to be part of this for the upcoming months? Tasks and responsibilities:

• Performs accounting activities including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts and financial statements such as balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements
• Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions and ensures accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
• Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements and reports
• Liaises with internal and external auditors
• Prepares and submits VAT declarations and other compliance filings
• Conducts or assists in the documentation of accounting projects

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent certification
• Experience with Oracle or Jd Edwards is a pre
• Preferably 2-3 years of experience in accounting
• Fluent in English is mandatory
• Familiar with US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) regulations

Job offer:

• Gross salary between €3500,- and €4400,- depending on your experience
• 40 hours a week
