Why do you want to work for us?

This is a good opportunity to discuss the research you have done on the company. Pick out some interesting facts about the company and apply these to your answer. For example, are they a global company and you like the idea of having the opportunity to visit offices around the world?

What are your strengths?

To answer this question well, you must demonstrate skills and strengths you have that will help in your ability to do this particular role, as well as showing your commitment and ability to work well in a team environment.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Think realistically about your development plan as well as our personal life and answer accordingly. The best way to answer this question would to be to show your desire to progress in the company, so you could say that you "see yourself in a more senior position."

What are your hobbies and interests?

This question is often asked to judge how well you will get on with the rest of the team. Best thing to do when faced with this question is to be honest. Perhaps you have a particularly interesting hobby or interest? Ensure you bring this up as this might make you a more memorable candidate to the employer.
