Are you an independent, hard working Office Assistant with a can-do mentality? Do you have one to two years of experience as an Office Assistant and do you know how to assist to facility related matters or hospitality? Then you are the Office Assistant I am looking for.
For an International company I am looking for an Office Assistant. As an Office Assistant you will be supporting the Office Manager and you're responsible for office facility related activities.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing the reception
- Assist in all office facilities activities in the corporate building
- Contact point for all related third parties for the corporate building (such as office supplies, catering, cleaning, utilities etc)
- Handeling office supplies
- Post and expenses
Skills & education
- MBO or HBO level
- One to two years of experience
- Very organized
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Working for an international organisation
- Excellent salary
- Fulltime position
