French Customer Service 24/7

We're searching for a bilingual French and English speaker to join our client's 24/7 Customer Service team in Hoofddorp. The ideal candidate should be available to work between 16 to 40 hours, including night shifts, and possess a strong ability to handle stress and provide exceptional customer service. An affinity for sports and a desire for a dynamic work environment is a plus. As a French Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers through an Intercom system and ensuring a world-class customer experience. You will be answering a variety of inquiries and providing solutions through video communication. Your Responsibilities:

• Providing outstanding customer service to members who reach out via the intercom system, treating them as you would like to be treated.
• Monitoring club cameras and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for members.
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance the team and customer service.
• Answering customer emails and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Sharing creative ideas for improving customer support from a distance.

Requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand and empathize with members' needs
• The capability to identify and handle potential threats with confidence
• A strong sense of responsibility to both customers and the team
• Fluent in both French and English, both verbally and in writing
• A positive, solution-focused attitude and a good sense of humor
• Availability to work flexible shifts:
• 06.30 – 15.00
• 13.30 – 22.00
• 22.00 – 06.30

Ability to work overtime with the following compensation:

• From 22.00 to 24.00 - 10% (Mo-Sa)
• From 18.00 to 24.00 - 10% (Su)
• From 0.00 to 7.00 - 20% (Mo-Su)
