Customer Service Lithuanian & Polish

For an international corporation in the Oil & Gas industry we’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist for the Baltic & Polish markets. You will be working in a Customer Service team, with 14 direct colleagues, which is active in over 20. The main objectives are to provide “Best in Class” Customer Service and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and experience to both internal and external customers are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Handling E-mails, phone calls, complaints of IDS customers
• Professional customer contact
• Following up outstanding invoices
• Chasing payment of invoices
• Resolve customer requirements by clarifying customer feedback and complaints; determining the cause of the concern; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution to the customer’s satisfaction per company procedures and standards
• Use the CRM (SAP) to log calls, tasks, activities and cases and all the other capabilities offered by the system
• Manage customer complaints through to closure and identify root causes
• Administrative tasks (upload rebates, create cards, send reports etc.)

Requirements:

• Several years experience in customer service
• Advanced or fluent communication capabilities in English, Lithuanian ánd Polish are essential (verbal and written)
• Vocational + or Bachelor Degree
• Microsoft Office and ERP Skills (SAP)
• Attitude above experience i.e. positive attitude, motivation and personal drive
