Customer Service Representative (German)

For a leading global provider of innovative protective packaging materials and systems, I am looking for a driven German speaking customer service representative. Have you already gained some experience in this area? Do you want to be the most important interface between the customer and organization? Are you motivated, creative and want to deliver excellent service? Please read on! In this position of German Customer Service Representative you are in contact with business customers about their concerns and queries. You will be managing their services to customers and also transfer product knowledge. As your work is crucial to have satisfied customers it is important that you have a strong organizational and communication skills. Job responsibilities

• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions
• Accept and assess incoming questions, complaints or customer reports queries about products, services and/ or delivery
• Handle, resolve and/or communicate first-line general and/or technical questions, complaints and reports about products or services
• Support the sales team by managing the complete sales order process
• Process shipments and inventory transactions
• Ensure effective communication with team members and various stakeholders.

Skills and competencies

• You have at least 2-5 years' experience as a customer service representative in an international company
• You are familiar with MS Office, including great command of Excel and ERP, preferably SAP
• You are able to work effectively both independently as well as in a team
• Fluent in both English and German, written and verbally. Any other European language is considered as valuable asset.
• You are able to work in a pressured environment

Offer

• Monthly salary between EUR 2400 and EUR 3200
• Fulltime position for 40 hours (less can be discussed)
• Possibility to work partly from home
