Order Administrator

For a client in Noordwijkerhout, we are looking for an Order Management Specialist who will ensure sales support for an international portfolio of B2B clients. Tasks and responsibilities

• Entering and completing order data in the ERP system;
• Checking orders for terms, viability and possible credit block. Discussing alternatives if necessary;
• To advise an international portfolio of customers daily of any order and inventory related issues;
• Contacting customers before invoicing the goods. Offer any matching goods and inquire about cancellations of orders (removing objections);
• Tracking the order processing based on planning and forwarding overviews;
• Informing the service desk about any complaints.

Requirements for this position

• MBO/HBO or similar levels of education;
• Your English is fluent and a second language is a must. Speaking Dutch is a pre;
• You are empathic, service-oriented and willing to go the extra mile to exceed the expectations of the customer;
• You have experience with ERP systems;
• You have a car, the office difficult to reach by public transport;
• You admire to work in a professional environment.

• Salary between 2500 - 2600 per month;
