Customer Service Associate French/English

For one of our clients located in Amstelveen, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who wants to join our diverse Customer Service team. Are you service oriented, eager to learn, and do you like to solve problems? Do you feel comfortable interacting with French speaking customers? Then you are the French Customer Service Associate we are looking for!

You will be part of a team that is responsible for all communication with the suppliers of our customers. Our clients and their suppliers are in many different industries based all over the world. The communication will be done by phone and e-mail using our own (custom) software.

Your responsibilities:

• Receiving an amount of statements according to target by making qualitative calls to suppliers in a professional and user-friendly way within the appointed deadlines;
• Contacting suppliers to request a statement of their account and/or to verify claims made by our Audit team;
• You ensure great customer service;
• You detect points of improvement and share them with your supervisor.

What we expect:

• Fluent in French and English (written and oral);
• Experience within a position as a call center associate;
• Experience with Microsoft Office packages;
• You are able to respond flexible to ad-hoc situations;
• Knowledge of financial services is a big pre;
• Good learning ability regarding systems.
