For an international ambitious fast growing and dynamic company in the retail industry I am looking for a native Italian speaking customer service representative. As a customer service representative you are responsible for supporting customers in the European region. You will also enters orders placed by phone or email and act as a link with the sales team. Tasks & Responsibilities
- Offer customers fast, consistent and high quality support
- Work with Sales system
- Enters orders placed by phone or email
- Follow up with adjustments and cancellations
- Handle cancellations and returns
- Manage invoices, issue credit notes
- Provide reports and statistics to Direct Sales Manager
- Monitoring delivery problems
- Work closely with the finance, marketing and sales departments
- Assist in proofing the European website when required
- Work closely with accounting department for accounting follow up (unpaid transactions, reimbursements)
- Other ad-hoc customer services tasks
Skills & Education
- Native Italian speaker, fluent English
- Other European languages are a plus
- Some experience within customer service
- Passionate for helping out others
- Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Good with computer systems
- Young and dynamic organisation
- Permanent position
