In this role, the selected candidate will report directly to the Manager of Financial Strategies, collaborating closely with a dynamic team of Junior/Senior Financial Strategists. Together, they will serve as dedicated partners for our partners valued clientele.

Alongside the Business Development experts, the Relationship Management unit acts as the commercial vanguard, seamlessly connecting clients with service delivery teams to craft holistic solutions for global enterprises.

In the candidate's daily endeavors, they will engage with seasoned Financial Strategists, fostering synergy with committed relationship managers and legal professionals. Their mission? Core Responsibilities:
• Crafting meticulous Financial Statements.
• Managing intricate bookkeeping tasks, encompassing accruals, interest computations, sales entries, capital contributions, and intangibles, following both Dutch GAAP and IFRS principles.
• Orchestrating the review and preparation of (dividend) distributions and capital contribution requests.
• Overseeing client-specific monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Coordinating CIT & VAT returns with precision.
• Preparing comprehensive audit files and providing indispensable support during statutory audits.
• Conducting quarterly transaction monitoring and crafting transaction profiles.
• Compiling CFI reports for the Dutch Central Bank.
• Maintaining robust connections with shareholders, clients, financial institutions, and other key external stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Dutch GAAP, with knowledge of IFRS as a valuable asset.
• Exceptional proficiency in spoken and written English, with fluency in Dutch being advantageous.
• Residing in The Netherlands.
• Proactive, team-oriented, quality-focused, persuasive, adept at prioritization, deadline-driven, and adaptable.
• A fervent interest in the global financial landscape.
• A track record of 3-5 years in a relevant role, ideally within a trust office, audit firm, or similar financial institution.

Educational/Professional Credentials:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, encompassing disciplines such as Accounting, Business Economics, or Business Administration.
