Junior KYC Analist

This great organization specialized in Private Equity is quickly growing, and they need a KYC Analyst as soon as possible to help them with their day tot day tasks. The position for KYC Analyst within the company is a new one. So you'll have a great impact on how the process of KYC would be done best within the organization. Therefore, it is important that you have the ability to be creative and flexible, since there will be Ad hoc tasks on a daily basis.

The company is a warm and nice organization to work for. The team exists of 4 tot 5 people at the moment who mainly work at the office, but there is a pretty open work culture so working from home occasionally is no problem. The office is at the Zuidas which is easy to reach by public transport or bicycle.

The ideal person for this position would be someone that has a hands-on mentality and is not afraid to ask a question or take the initiative. KYC or CDD experience is great but not a must, you can learn on the job as long as you're willing to.

Preferably, they're looking for someone with the following qualities:

•Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law, if you have a background as a paralegal, that would be suitable as well;

•Someone who picks things up quickly and is eager to learn;

•Your English needs to be impeccable, since it is the main language within the company;

•You're available at least 32 to 40 hours a week and don't have a 9 to 5 mentality;

•You're willing to travel to European countries once a month and overseas once a year;

•You take a great interest in the KYC and CDD area.
