Credit Analyst (Buy To Let) For my leading client, a large financial services provider in the Central Netherlands, I am looking for a Credit Analyst who wants to actively contribute to the ambitions of the organization. My client is the specialist when it comes to (commercial) Real Estate financing. Are you one of those new specialists in the Credit and Risk Analysis department?
Responsibilities:
The Credit and Risk Analysis department ensures credit risk management within the organization. Because of her role in the application process, and also because of her role in all risky changes and revisions after the loan has been concluded. The department assesses both large complex applications (Large Business) and smaller and less complex applications (Buy to Let).
As a Credit Analyst you actively contribute to the ambitions of my client. Because of your expertise you are involved in (improvement) projects, writing and implementing policy and also acquisitions. You actively start analyzing, assessing and approving (or providing advice) credit proposals, revisions and mutation requests.
To be successful in this dynamic role you work together with various specialists in order to arrive at a balanced risk assessment. You are in contact with lawyers and real estate specialists. But also, with customers, intermediaries and notaries. You are also a sparring partner for commerce. You know how to find a good balance between the interests of the customer and the organization.
Profile:
- HBO working and thinking level;
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in lending;
- Demonstrable experience with commercial real estate;
- Analytical skills and a large dose of persuasiveness;
- The quality to accurately record the results of your analysis in writing;
- The willingness to obtain WFT qualifications.
