Office Manager – ENG/NL/SP – 40 hours

For an international technology supplier in Amsterdam, we are looking for a fulltime Office Manager. The organization consist of ca. 15 people. They come from different cultures, so everyone has his/her own story. The position of Office Manager has become vacant due to internal changes.
What will you do
- Running day to day operations
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, invoices and packages
- Being in contact with headquarters in Brazil
- Inventory management
- Contact with suppliers
- Support onboarding and offboarding process
- Help HR with related projects for the Amsterdam office
- Managing the office budget
- First point of contact for employees regarding facilities/office
- Financial support
- Preparing meetings
- Coordinate VISA applicants and travel arrangements
- Point of contact between subsidiary and legal dept
- Occasionally organize events
- Ad-hoc tasks
What do we offer
- Position for 40 hours per week in the office
- Work in a multicultural and international environment – We need fluent English, good Dutch and a plus would be Portuguese or Spanish
